No thumbnail preview, C1 13.1 (for Nikon)

After opening C1 (13.1 for Nikon)  it does not display thumbnails of photos, for displaying I have to choose another directory (or session) and return to the first one and then the thumbnails are visible.

Win 10 (2004), i7-8700K, 40MB, SSD-2T, gtx_1060,

    The problem was partially solved by setting the program to run in compatibility with Windows 8. But it takes longer to start but the thumbnails are visible immediately.
