Media Reader in C1Pro does not open when inserting CF card

The Media Reader does not open automatically when inserting CF card. It only pops up after I unplug it from the USB connection and sometimes I can not select the destination folder for download. Any idea why is this happening. I've already given up on it and do all the downloads through Windows Browser.

    If CF cards are formatted correctly within camera, they should contain the DCIM folder. It is the presence of this folder that triggers the .exe of the Phase One Media Reader
    The Media Reader should also be in your tool tray at bottom and can be launched from there.
    Not being able to select a location is strange and may be a Permissions Related problem.
