Tough One...Color shifts in preview AND Rendering

Hi all,

I'm new to the board and I'm really stumped on this one.

Specs:
-C1 Pro 3.7.4
-Dual 1.8ghz G5 Mac
-OS 10.4.8

The problem is as such:

I'll have raw files as thumbnails, and they'll all look ok, or at least all consistent.

As soon as I click on one and select it, the color shifts drastically, and what's worse, it renders that way. I've been all through the preferences, and I can't see anything that would cause that to happen. Like I said, what a stumper!

Has anyone else seen this happen? Please give me some pointers if so. Thanks!

  The colorsync can corrupt, this is one potential explanation.
  
  Suggest Uninstall and Clean reinstall of most current version 3.7.6

  I did a reinstall with the very latest version (3.7.6) and that seems to have fixed the problem. It's been all day now and no issues. Thanks much!
