De-activated & can't reactivate

Toady when I tried to start my paid for version of Capture One V8,3,3, I got a message saying my product had been de-activated. When I tried to reactivate it it said: "Could not activate because the activation limit has been reached".

I purchased the product August 14th, 2015, upgraded Windows 7 to Windows 10 last week and updated C1 to V8.3.3 shortly afterwards. All was Ok until today!

Help!!

  Login to the Phase One site and go to License management. Deactivate all activations for your key. You should then be able to activate again.
