Sticking with Photoshop issues

okay i am loosing my mind
yesterday i stitched a bunch of panoramas

today i wanted to pick up where i left
now Co9 tells me that my Nef files are not Raw files .........
has anybody seen this

i even tried some of the files that i did yesterday same message !!!
