Assigning Keywords To Photos

Hi

I have imported my Lightroom Catalogue into Capture 1 but when I start to assign keywords to certain images an error message comes up 'This Action Cannot Be Applied To Any Of The Selected Item'. I assume that keywords do not work with RAW files such as .NEF format. Any help advise appreciated.

What licence ? (C1 Express, Pro for Sony, Pro, or DB)

There's no such thing. Either you have the free Express licence (Sony RAWs only) or you have a trial for the Pro version.

Either of the "for Sony" versions are provided to work with Sony RAW files but not RAW files from other manufacturers.

For NEF files, for example, you would need the full "Pro" version selected for the trial or activated for a paid up license after the trial.

Thank you Grant I thought that might be the case, I will have to Wait and save up for the full license.
