Cannot detect a camera

capture one pro cannot detect my EOS5D when I want to shoot tethered. The PC can detect the camera with any/all other software, and the drivers are loaded I believe. Can anyone help? PLEASE??

  Be sure to have 5D set to PC Connect:

  Need the latest Firmware for 5D and the most recent Drivers from Canon.
  
  XP = WIA Drivers
  2000 = TWAIN Drivers
