Is there a way of eliminating the cropped area from thumbnail view?

    Preferences>Crop>Opacity = 0

    I assumed the OP wants the crop in the viewer but not visible in the browser.

    I had assumed that as well. However we cannot separate the two so if they want an immediate solution for the Browser, this is all we've got. 😉
