Damaged (truncated or incomplete) processed files
Using C1Pro or DB on my Intel Powerbook, I sometimes obtain processed files that, when opened in Photoshop, raise the warning \"This document may be damaged (this file may be truncated or incomplete).\" Usually the file is really OK, but a couple have missing blocks of the image when converted to JPG format.
Problem disappears if I SAVE AS the file to new location but persists if I SAVE AS in place. Problem disappears if the image is dragged to a newly created photoshop file.
Problem has occurred with H10 tethererd images as well as Fuji S3 Pro downloaded images.
Mac Powerbook, 15\", Intel 2.16 GB dual core, 2 gb RAM, OS 10.4.6, C1 v 3.7.4 2748.
I am hopeful that some user has a suggestion about this as PhaseOne technical support makes itself totally unavailable hiding behind a non-functioning inquiry screen and posting no telephone or e mail contact anywhere on the web site. 🤬

Mr. Rick Coke,
You couldn't be more wrong.
If you create a Support Case, Technical Support comes swift and thorough until resolved.
100s of customers use this system every day and all get a response since it is monitored 18+ hours / day M-F
Had you made a Support Case, you would know that this issue is fixed in version 3.7.5 Beta II and for those that want to install this version, the link is provided.
Here is a Knowledge Base article on How to Create a Support Case:

YOU could not be more wrong. I tried last night to enter a case but the site would not accept information. And I could not find ANY place on your site where there is a telephone number or an e mail address to use as a backup. 0 -
Rick,
Email system failed miserably in the past; and phone support is a waste of time when on phone-time could be spent helping many other customers using support system.
The Support Log System works great and based on the positive feedback we receive daily, it is appreciated.
Glad to see you were able to create Support Case # 20606
I see Support has already assisted you.
Be sure to provide feedback on your experiences with the Beta version using the Support Case which will be sent direct to Developers.
Cheers,
k c0
