Hierarchical keyword panel

I found the hierarchical keyword panel once, but now I cannot find it again. Can somebody please help me?

I am anew user.

  1) Bring up the Organize panel.
  2) Drag the unlabeled and invisible little back bar below each heading to expand the sections. Somewhere in there are the keywords.
