missing functions in capture one pro

hi there,
what I'm still missing in the new sortware are tools for selective adjustments like they are available in photoshop's raw-converter, lightroom or nikons capture nx software. mostly all based on the u-point technology.
another point is the "real" integration with a database software.
aren't there any other people who are missing this features????
