multiple images process when tethered shot is made

Hello im trying to figure out the settings for this, I saw a shoot where someone was using and old version of capture One and a digital back camera. tethered to a powerbook g4, or macbook pro,...when they took a shot they had it set up so that capture one would show a color version ans a black and white version of the shot on the screen automatically, how an I do this?
