Keyboard and Mouse
Hi,
I am new to captureone and there is a problem with two of our studios. Ocasionally the keyboard/mouse frezzes and it does not work. We have to unplug the wires and reboot the machine and after playing with the computer it starts to work again. We are having this problem with two computers (Mac pro's with quad core processors). Also we have a freelancer who works at various places and he has also exprienced various problem like these. Many thanks in advance

As an old IT engineer this one is pretty much a easy one.
It has nothing to do with Capture One and all to do with your computer.
If the whole OS freeze the most common reason is faulty RAM modules.
Rare occasion it is something else like motherboard or drives.0
