Folder Browser icon grayed out

I'm using C1 Pro 3.7.7 on a Dell running XP sp2 , and while I was working today the folder browser somehow switched from my usual left hand side of the screen view to the bottom of the screen. The switch is grayed out and I can't seem to switch the folder browser back to the side of the screen. I was out of the room when it happened so I have no idea how it came about. I've restarted the program, restarted the computer to no avail. the folder browser switch remains grayed out. any suggestions?

Try "F8" -toggles between portrait and landscape mode- see if that works for you.

Thanks... that worked. Didn't find that in the help file under "folder browser" , perhaps that should be added there?
I guess something must have hit the f8 key by mistake when I moved away from my desk.
