Please check my C1 Pro and PS CS2 colour settings...

I'm no expert ( as my question will show!) but I could do with a little reassurance that I'm on the right lines (or not) Thanks!

I am using a Spyder calibrator on my screen now, and want to know if I have this right or not please...

Capture One Pro settings:

My camera profile is set there on the first two lines in the colour management settings, then I have sRGB set as the next three output lines.

My monitor profile is set to Spyder2Express.

Photoshop CS2 settings:

In my working spaces I have chosen sRGB in the RGB line...I can see the option for 'Monitor RGB -Spyder Express' I feel I should choose this, but am under the impression that I should not choose a monitor profile for a working space. Why can I see it as an option if I should not use it?

Surely I should be inserting the SpyderExpress settings somewhere to Photoshop?

I really hope someone can put me out of my misery and allow me to get on with being creative?
