Where is Local Adjustment Brush Tool Icon?

In several videos for C1 6.xx the presenter's screen has an tool icon above the tool palettes for the adjustment brush tool. My screen does not have this tool. It shows between the zoom tool and the adjustments tool on the presenter's screen. I do have one in the toolbar.

    Local Adjustments is a feature of CO Pro or DB 6. Please check you are running Pro or DB, not Express 6.
