Corrupt sessions - Mac 10.6
Hello, I am repeatedly having sessions that I have just been working on become unreadable by C1 5 pro. When I try to open them they then crash C1. The only option I have then is to import the images into a new session.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Chris.

Chris,
You can delete and then replace a session, same way that you made it to begin with. Just delete the bad COL50 file, then launch Capture One under the default session and File>New Session. The new session should be named the same as the previous one and create it in the same parent folder. Capture One won't overwrite any of the folders and simply create a new COL50 file that will retain the same associations as the old session file.0 -
Great, that go it. Thanks for the speedy reply Drew.
Any idea why it might be happening so often? Could it be a RAM issue? It's a 3 year old 2.26ghz Intel MacbookPro I'm using on location with 2gb RAM
All the best,

Chris,
RAM wouldn't play into it one iota. Create a support case and get us some details, we can see if there are any recommendations for keeping the sessions a bit more stable.0
