Copy/Paste Adjustment tools (arrows) stopped functioning

In C1 version 7.2.4 my Copy/Paste Adjustment tools stopped working. I have to go to the adjustments tab and select the adjustments I wish to apply to other images now.
I reinstalled over the top to see if this would correct the problem, but the arrows still do not function.

    I'd suggest submitting a support case, and the Phase One crew may be able to help.
