capture one 4.1 no test account

hallo together
sorry for my english. Question is that I can not make a test account for 30 days tu test C1.
When I install the C1 there is not the question to activate or to try for 30 days. Where is the mistake?

    Guenter,
    If the software is running simply open the License Window to determine in what capacity the software is running. If you are not given the option to run in trial mode it is because this software has already been used for the allowed 15 day trial. If the software will not run at all then you may have a larger issue on your hands.
