Hi, I wonder if somebody can help me please.

I have just tried to open CaptureOne4 to edit some pictures I took earlier today, but it's asking me for an activation key. I'm not aware of having done anything different from any other time I've opened it, and had thought I'd carried out the recent update without any problems. I thought it was a free update.

I've no idea what I might have done, or what Vista might have done. I would be grateful for some advice please.

I did register the original download, but I haven't a clue what (where) my original activation key is 🤭

  When you are able to login to the Phase One web site, click on you name or Account, go to License Management, you will be able to retrieve your prod.key you need for activation. You will also be able to deactivated any installation that is not current, regaining activations, from the same web page.
