Erasing .nef files in capture one
I have a problem erasing files downloaded into capture one. First of all for some reason I am not aware of, all my files download onto the same folder, causing an overload into that one folder.
Therefore I try to erase some files dragging them to the trash icon, and the trash rejects them, staying in the original folder. In the best of cases I am only able to move them to a different folder by trying to erase them.
I need to know two things:
How can I download a session in different folders?
How can I erase .nef files from folders in capture one?

Florencia,
You should be able to manage your files as you wish. These problems may be related to a Permissions issue and may need repaired.
Rebuild disk permissions using Disk Utility (in utilities in applications folder)
Restart your Mac and check that all is fine.
You can create 2 New Session folders on the hard disk under:
User > Pictures > Captures
and then insert CF card into Reader > be sure it mounts to Desktop > Select 1/2 and put into first folder > select remaining 1/2 and insert into second Session folder
Once images are in place, at the Organize Tool > Session: pulldown select Add Session... and then browse to and select your new folders, and hit the Add button
Sincerely,
