Capture One Pro 4.8.3 - 241 In Each Channel

In Capture One Pro we have one machine that won't allow us to go any higher than 241 in each channel. This is stuff that is being shot for e-com purposes, and we need it to go to 255 in each. We check in the exposure setting in preferences, and we can get it to 255 using the highlighter picker, but what would like is a histogram that moves with the exposure that isn't artificially held at 241. We have a lot of machines running this as we are in a large production studio environment, but this one is being PITA.

  So you have checked the 'Pick Target Levels' setting in the preferences: the checkbox is empty (sliders have no effect). Next, in the Levels tool the top level sliders (output levels) are at their min/max position respectively (i.e. 0 and 255). Next, you have only one output recipe selected and you checked the output profile in the recipe to be correct and in Proof Profile (View menu) you have selected 'Selected Recipe' and compared these settings to the other systems. Next, you can check camera (input) profile and monitor profile and compare them with other systems.
  
  You now basically checked and compared color management and level adjustments. Maybe this gives you a clue.
