lost EM2 key

in the handover and subsequent free download period for EM2 I upgraded my EM licence to EM2. I now can't locate my EM2 licence # - how would one request a lost key ?

    It may not be possible.
    We have no records from Microsoft in regard to who purchased what. As such, if you did not purchase the Key from Phase One we cannot look it up. Check with Microsoft to see if they have any record of this information, as this is your best bet.

    thanks for your prompt response Drew, I requested the upgrade to EM2 with phase one (after Phase announced the take over) I'm an ASMP member, Krogh devotee and Phase one licence holder and can't remember which path I used to get the free upgrade - I have my original MS EM licence # and you would obviously have my Phase #
    can you help me, or could you point me in the right direction please ?
