Problems in downloading co4.6 user manual

I have Mozilla Firefox 3.05 browser and when I try to download the user manual For Capture One 4.6 downloading stops after about 7 MB have been loaded. When I look on individual pages downloading continues for that page but after a while bowser is jammed and I have to stop. I tried to search the forum to see if somebody else has had similar problems but could´nt find anything. What should I do to get the manual? Perhaps somebody at Phase One can send it by email to me.

    Download it by right-clicking on the download link and safe the file to disk instead of clicking and successively opening in your browser,

    or,

    do not download; it is in your program download already as a help file and you can find the PDF in the Program's folder.

    Right-clicking the link does not give any options.

    Somehow I thought that the user guide included in the programme is a shorter version of the manual.
