    AFAIK, and at least in my case....the username/password for this forum are different than the one I use to logon to my software user account (the profile you refer to for activation). They are different databases...if that doesn't help:

    Is this your first time registering any PhaseOne software? if not you should contact support who can help you with that specific info...in fact, just contact suoort with the issue as registering the software should be a seamless issue....
