activation problem
I working now with 4.5 for about a month I am used to it and I think it is great.
I activated it manuel because there was no internet where the computer stood.
but now there is internet, the computer is permanent to the internet.when I start up ,C1 comes automatically and than there is a messages that I have to activated my C1, but the license says it is a registered copy and I still have left two updates and two actvations.
than I have to close down C1 and disconnect internet on the macpro.
Now I can work with my activated C1 with internet connection.
When connect it after 15 minutes to the internet C1 is accepted by the server and says that my copy is activated.
This is now 7 days the problem.
How can I repare this.

First off there is no manual activation for Capture One 4.5, I believe you were in Trial mode.
Second, create a support case at support.phaseone.com and we will straighten it out for you very quickly.0
