I tried to update/change my email address from hotmail to gmail, now I cannot login to my account (not forum) again .... can it be reset? I am so stupid .......

  I'm not sure I understand...if you actually changed the e-mail, the changed e-mail should work....BUT if you did'nt, the old e-mail is still the login, wether it's active or not..., so in my mind the only mistake that would not allow entry would be a misspelled change???
  
  All is not lost however, just e-mail COne support. I'm pretty sure you couldn't find a busier time to do that than the day of a new release, but they will eventually help you, but an abnormal wait would be expected...hope the first part of this post helps.....
