Moving a folder with captures

I have a huge folder on my desktop, which I've been using with Capture One. I'm running out of space and need to move it to another drive. When I try to move it I get this message: "The Item xxx contains one or more busy items that cannot be changed". I've tried quitting C1Pro and restarting, but I still get the message. What do I need to do to move the folder?

  Some options:
  - Try to move or copy first to another folder on your drive if space permits, from desktop to Pictures folder. If successful, copy to other drive from there.
  - First copy all raw files without the Capture One subfolder. If successful, continue with the Settings subfolder and do the Proxy subfolder last (you can skip the Proxy folder; CO4 will regenerate the previews).
  - It is not clear whether you move from Finder or from within Capture One. Whatever is the case, try the other option. Be sure to close CO when moving or copying from Finder.

  Thanks for the tip, I moved everything bit by bit. The files that were causing the problems were "empty" RAW files of 0K in size - not sure where they came from!! All well now.
