Cannot process out multiple files in queue

This problem only manifested after updating to CapOne11. I select multiple files and when I hit the process button they do not queue. Only the single main selection is processed. Any ideas how to fix this?

Really too bad when upgrading to version 11 the software can't intelligently retain such settings as "Edit All Selected Variants" from previous installs.

You mean you always leave it on?

It's not a setting in that regard, more a useful use/do not use switch.
