Create Metadata preset (Solved)

I am having trouble saving a metadata preset (i.e. a 2018 copyright preset). This is how I thought I used to do it, but it is not working.
1. Open a photo in Capture One
2. select the presets tab
3 fill in the metadata I want to save
4 click on the small hamburger icon at the top of the metadata tool
5 click save as preset.

The only problem is when I do step 4, it does not give me any options at all it just says 'presets'

What have I forgotten to do? 🙄

  Solved. If I have the tools on the left of the screen, the options come up, if I put the tools on the right of the screen, the options do not display on the screen.
