Unable to delete in C1Pro 5

i just installed C1Pro5 onto a new Mac Pro. When I setup my new photo session I place it on the today folder on the desktop. Capture folder, Output folder, trash folder. After the session I tried to edit and it did not allow me to put anything into trash folder. I got a window that said Events: could not copy file reason: not enough free space on destination volume. Recovery, please free up space on destination volume,
I don't know what to do. I have had previous success with it, but now I am unable to delete. It happens on 3 computers with this session. ☹️ ☹️
