Capture One 6.4.2 Update and Crash

I'm still experiencing Open CL crash even after updating to 6.4.2 in my Macbook Pro running 10.7.4.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

    Doesn't seem so and we don't have any reports of such behavior. I would suggest you create a support case and provide us specifics.
