Copy/apply crop to mix of vertical and horizontal images

Is it possible to copy a crop from one image and intelligently apply it to a mix of vertical and horizontal images? Currently, when I copy crop settings from a vertical image for example, the horizontal images that it gets applied to are either massively cropped into vertical images (if orientation is unchecked) or rotated 90 degrees and then cropped (if orientation is checked). My goal is to crop one image to a desired ratio (let's say 5x7) and then apply that ratio and crop position to other images without having to worry about their orientation.

  Wow, nice feature to have, but unfortunately it is not possible in C1 to my knowladge
