    All cases like this you have to take to http://support.phaseone.com and create a support case with Phase One support staff.
    Note that I have deleted the product key and registration key from your post when you basically were giving away your software, if other users pick up your key and start using your key, the key might be permanently block due to software obuse.
    Please contact support for a quick resolution to this case.

    You have created 3 different User Profiles and as you are seeing, this can create problems in the activations process. A Product Key becomes Locked or affiliated with a specific Profile.
    I'll send your Profile info via Support Case.

    All should know that only 1 Profile should be created and maintained. If an email address chages or any other information, simply login and Edit this information.
