    Paul,
    There may not be a phone number but there is a support system where you will get a response in < 1 hour. Please create a support case to look into this issue as it would have to be evaluated by Phase One directly as appose to anyone on the User to User Forum.

  • Permanently deleted user
    I cant create a support case... The only place I seem to be able to log on to is here in the forum....If I go to phaseone.com and try to log in I get a msg Server Error in '/' application...I get the same msg if I try to go to the archive downloads before I log in...Ive cleared my history and all cookies...

    If clearing your cookies didn't help, try a different browser, Paul - worked for me.
