Capture one is grayed out

Louis 4
I received capture one which I activated with my Dlux 4
Havent used for a couple of months went to use and everything is grayed out

How can I fix this

    Maybe you opened JPEG files with it instead of RAW or DNG files. Older versions of CO4 does not support editing JPEGs. Good news is, newer releases do and are improved in many ways. Download the latest from the Phase One site and install it. You'll be amazed.
