Edit shortcuts - messes up existing shortcuts – how to do?

Trying to edit shortcuts. Done a copy and named it. Made some adjustments, works. But now some of the original shortcuts have disappeared! 🤓

What have I done wrong?

(Have not used exiting shortcuts to apply at new, have not changed in shortcuts that have original comands assigned.)
