Customer Support \\ Activation Issue
Does anyone have experience with customer support and could give me an idea if I should except to wait awhile before my problem is addressed?
I had to reinstall Windows recently, and with doing so have had to reinstall my software. Upon reinstalling C1 LE, I got a 'key disabled' message when trying to activate C1. Logging into Phase One, I see 2 activations and 5 upgrades available (both of which I bought through Michael Tapes at rawworkflow.com last year).
I have created a case file, and am now waiting for the activation to be enabled.
I thought it would take a matter of hours to simply reset/activate my registration so I could get up and running again, but I am now going on day two, waiting for the problem to be resolved.
Is this typical? Should I expect to wait longer?
