capture one 3.79

Can anyone help?
I've been using capture one 3 for ages without any problems. Just recently though, everything works ok until I go to process an image, and then it just keeps crashing. I'm on version 3.79, and haven't upgraded or changed anything lately, I just can't understand it, seen as it has always worked fine.

  Bec,
  Here is the quickest fix:

  Step #2 and Step #3 (step 3 you likely only need to delete the "Batch Queue").

  Hi Drew,
  Thanks for replying. I tried your suggestions, but encountered the same crashing issues when trying to process an image. I then followed the rest of the instructions, uninstalling capture one completely. However, after doing this I tried to reinstall it using my original software disc (this is 3.7.3) as soon as i clicked install, capture one just crashes, I then downloaded a more up to date version, but as soon as click install, it just crashes again.
  My mac is running on OSX 10.5.8
  Do you have any suggestions?
