Activating / Deactivating CO Pro

I'm currently completing a new computer and I want to transfer Capture One Pro to it. I realise that I am permitted to activate a second copy, but if I do that I won't be able to activate a second copy on a projected laptop in a few months time. I am intending to remove the copy of CO Pro from my old computer. Is there any way of deactivating that activation (if you know what I mean)??
