Find PO RAW-Files with extension ".TIF" ...
and change the extension to ".IIQ" with Applescript.
With Automator it seems to be impossible, to "look into" the Files and find only PO-RAW Files.
Automator knews only "Bild" and Text within the Filename.

OK, done. I have used Bridge CS 6 for this task. needed several Hours to search within 150.000 Files. 😉
Renaming was done in a few minutes.
