Difference between Phase one and Lightroom
Following are two 100% crops of the same file raw processed in phase one and lightroom.
No sharpening and no noise reduction with otimum exposure and contrast setting. Detail setting to zero for light room.

My interpretation.
1. Clean o/p of phase one.
2. More details of skin structure (viewed on high resolution monitor) of phase one
3. Uniform exposure of phase one.
N.B. lightroom crop look slightly underexposed.

yes, I agree, yet there is some loss of detail in Phase1. perhaps this won't work so well with other subjects, besides soft babies!
