Session + Capture naming in 3.7.7

Hello,
I am quite new to capture one, so I apologize if this a very stupid question..Im sure it is very simple but i cant seem to figure out to rename my captures, shot 1, shot 2 etc. Instead it automatically names the captures after the session names.
My previous workflow would be to set up my session folder and name it after the job + date, and then set up capture folder shot 1, shot 2.
How do I do this in 3.7.7 or 3.7.8?

  I forgot to mention that i am used to using c1 for mac....

  Thanks you for your response, but i posted in the capture one 3.x software for windows because that is what I am using. I know how to set capture folders in Mac. How do you do it in windows? I dont want the session name as the capture names?

  Ahh, my apologies, I misread and thought you were currenlty using the mac version. Naming on Pc is controlled in the text box just above the fthumbnail browser.
