Raw Files downloading as Jpegs

I just recieved and loaded the Capture One LE software. When I tried downloading my pictures they are downloading as a jpeg file and not a raw file. Where can I go to fix this problem?

  Capture One will browse JPEG image files, but will not edit or adjust them in any manner. Downloading RAWs and they become JPEG is not possible.
  Be sure to check the Camera settings to be RAW only and not RAW + JPEG.

  Might be a problem with your operating systems Twain driver.
  Did you shoot in combined RAW/JPG mode and transferred the pictures via Windows Explorer directly from the camera?
  In that case try using a card reader. That may solve the problem.
