Collection is Empty
I have a number of folders in Windows XP PRo that comtain raw files. Some from a Canon 300D and some from a Canon S50.
Previously I have been able to access all these images via C1 Pro, but when the last couple of sets from the S50 are not viewable and I get the 'Collection is Empty' message.
If I take a jpeg on the S50, C1 can access that OK.
Any ideas what could cause this?
I have reformated the CF card in the S50 and checked the settings are raw but it hasn't helped.

Canon S50 is not a supported camera this is why it will not show up in Capture One.
None of the S series cameras is supports.
The only compact cameras from Canon that is supported is Pro1, G6, G5, G3 and G2.
Any Jpg can be viewed in Capture One no matter from what camera it comes from.0 -
I realise that it is not supported but it has been able to view RAW images I've taken over the last year, but then stopped working in the last few weeks. As far as I know nothing about the camera has changed - I've not downloaded any new software for it. 0 -
I am sorry but I believe you have confused images shoot with your 300D and your S50 or that the S50 images was jpg's and not raw files.
When a cameras RAW file is not supported by the software it will not show up at all in the software.0
