Strange error
Hi, I get those error. Especialy when photos have lot of white color and it might be overexposed. In C1 it looks like on this screen below. In other programs such a PS or BreezeBrowser I can open those photos without any problem. Any idea what could be wrong? Any cure?

This issue warrants a Support Case.
Please create one at:
Support Website: http://support.phaseone.com
and attach a RAW image file that is diplaying this problem.
Also include details of workflow including the RAW file Location, and the location of the Preview Cache, how images were transferred to machine etc.

My computer has done the same thing... however, I cannot get the RAW file to upload on the support case- but I have reported it none the less... can someone answer this please? 0 -
The quick test here is to use the Focus tab, make selection and see if the Focus View is corrupt. If not, then the RAW file is Ok, but it is the Thumbs and Preview files that are corrupt and need to be deleted and rebuilt in the Preview Cache.
If the RAW file is corrupt it is 100% gurantee that Capture One is NOT the culprit here. Look to bad RAM, disk space, External Hard Drive, server problems or bad sector on CF cards.
If can't resolve, then Support Case is needed. RAW file should attach, but it can also be FTP'd to support site. See Knowledge Base article on FTP images:
