capture error

Hi,

I have a iMac / 10.4.2 / Canon 10D / Capture One Pro Demo

The software sees the camera and attempts a capture, however when the capture time ends I get the following error:

Failed to receive capture
Error: ffffffdc

I downloaded the Win XP version and can capture an image so it does not seem to be a cabling problem.

Any suggestions ?

  This error happens if Capture One is unable to write the captured image to disk. This is most likely because there is no Capture folder selected. It could also be because you do not have write access to the currently selected destination.

  Thanks, I had not done that.
  
  On my XP machine the capture folder was selected as a default.
