new laptop is coming... which hw inside?

Hi,

I will buy a new laptop - Dell Latitude E6520 or Precision M4600, also used for on the road picture processing.

Which features are important reg. speed with C1 (my present old laptop is very slow, testing with C1):

Win64 should be faster than 32 version?
Dual-Core or Quad-Core?

GPU options on both are:

NVIDIA Quadro 2000M with 2GB GDDR3
NVIDIA Quadro 1000M with 2GB GDDR3
AMD FirePro M5950 Mobility Pro Graphics with 1GB GDDR5
NVIDIA NVS 4200M (Latitude E6520)

  reg. 4core versus 2cores found that:
  
  
  I assume that is the same with WIN64?
  
  Always not sure reg. GPU... Will also use CS4 or CS5 for batch processing and sharpening...
