Capture One (5.1.2) stability issuess
Hello!
We are having a few stability issues with Capture One, and I was hoping to get a definitive answer.
When we are shooting into a session, and our capture count gets above 150+ (and especially above 300), Capture One gets grumpy and starts crashing. Is this a known issue? Or is there something we can do on our end to improve performance? Being in a commercial studio, where we have very exact naming conventions, it starts to get messy when we have multiple sessions of the same product.
Also, Capture One seems to always crash when we are connected to servers or even if Pandora player is connected playing music. So we just end up not even having the Ethernet connection plugged in. Is this also a commonly known issue?
So far our only resolve so far is to reboot often. Any other tips?
Our machine:
OSX 10.5.8
2 x 3 Ghz Quad-Core Xeon
16 GB RAM
Camera:
Canon EOS 1D Mark III
