need help using with Canon 20D

I am trying to use C1 Pro with my Canon 20D. When I connect the camera to the computer I get an error in C1 Pro that says that it cannot connect. Help is greatly appreciated.

  20D connects readily. If you have updated to OS Tiger 10.4.6, this has disabled some camera drivers.
  
  Be sure you have Permissions to the write to location that is set, otherwise you'll get an error message :
